I started my CrossFit journey in June of 2010 when a friend signed me up for a “foundations class”. I begrudgingly went to the class, started attending group classes, and subsequently fell in love with CrossFit. I started attending CrossFit classes 4-5 times a week for about 5years and decided I wanted to learn more about CrossFit so I attended a Level 1 class. Soon after, I began coaching and developed a deep passion for helping others become the best version of themselves through coaching group classes, encouraging them to have mental toughness, and walking alongside them individually in their own unique nutrition journey. I enjoy providing athletes with the tools they need to transform themselves and achieve their goals.
When I’m not in the gym I enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking, four wheeling, and adventuring with her family and friends.
