Our main offering is still our most popular. Group CrossFit class is a great way to get to the gym, work toward your goals and hi-five some folks who are doing the same. With 6 classes each week day and 2 on Saturdays, there is a class for almost everyone that is coached by one of our amazing coaches who love helping you work toward the healthiest, fittest you ever.


For those who prefer 1:1 attention or are maybe still not ready to jump into class, personal coaching is the way to go. This includes 1-on-1 sessions as well as 2, 3, or 4-to-1 buddy sessions. Private coaching affords much closer attention to detail and undivided attention from your coach as well as the opportunity to build a plan just for you.


Nutrition is the foundation of the fitness pyramid, but it’s probably the biggest area of struggle for most people. Which is why having a Nutrition Coach is a real game changer. It allows for a more customized plan, 1-on-1 attention, and special adaptations if need be so that you can finally win your nutrition.

Do I have to be in shape to do CrossFit?
NO!  Getting off of the couch is the hardest thing to do.  The best way to stick with it once you’ve gotten up is to have a coach, and that’s what we do.  We coach you from couch to CrossFit.
Why is CrossFit so expensive compared to other gyms?
Other gyms give access to equipment and hope you know how to use it properly and have a plan to follow. If you don’t you can hire a personal trainer that is often underpaid and less than thrilled about their job.

At CrossFit, we provide the equipment AND the coaching. You never have to worry about what you are doing, we have it all planned for you. Also, our coaches here at CFE LOVE what they do and continually study to get better so you are always making progress.

“I don’t want to get too bulky” Will lifting weights make me big and muscular?
Getting “bulky” doesn’t just happen. It takes years of dedicated nutrition and HEAVY weight lifting to add the kind of size most people are trying to avoid. Lifting the way we do in CrossFit will make you stronger, add a little muscle to your body and help you burn fat more efficiently.
Can I bring my kids?
YES! We have a designated kids area where kids can play and remain safe and with-in eye sight of mom and dad. Now they know you’re watching and more importantly, they can watch you set a good example.
I’m curious, but I’m still scared! What should I do?
We’ve all been there…the ‘new kid’ in class! Everyone is always open and friendly to new-comers. We promote a family-like atmosphere of support and camaraderie amongst our members. Someone will undoubtedly take you under their wing and help you through your first class when you get there.. Everyone remembers what it was like at their first class and we all want to see each other succeed. Most importantly, we won’t ever have you do something that you are uncomfortable with or that is too advanced for your current fitness level.

Also, it’s why we start everyone with a No Sweat Intro so we can talk through those fears face to face. From there, we help you make good decisions about your fitness from a professional standpoint so we can guide you through the best path for you.
